Dr. Manos Emmanouil loves creating smiles and throughout his career and studies, he has taken a holistic approach in treating patients. He builds a relationship that focuses on the patient’s true needs, desires, and insights, always striving to deliver the highest quality of care. For that reason, his goal has been to acquire the best Dental and Orthodontic education possible and continue to do so by keeping up with all recent advances and evidence.

He received his dental education at King’s College London (ranked no.1 dental school in Europe), followed by a 3 year residency program in Orthodontics at the University of Michigan, ranked no.1 in the world. He is Board-certified with the American Board of Orthodontics.

His leadership role as chief resident of the Orthodontic department in the University of Michigan, allowed him to have a positive impact not only on his peers, but incoming orthodontic residents as well.

In addition to presenting at several international scientific congresses, Dr. Emmanouil carried out research focused on craniofacial syndromes during his residency at the University of Michigan, and he was able to be part of the Craniofacial Anomalies Program at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, one of the largest programs of its kind in the United States. His research has been published in Frontiers of Dental Medicine.

Along with his academic work, he has also worked in establishing orthodontic clinics in international environments, creating a fun and positive environment with the latest advances in fixed appliances or clear aligners available to his patients.

It is important to him to always be involved in his community, and throughout his education and professional life has been involved with projects extending beyond the realm of the clinical environment.
